1 lb Lump Crabmeat

½ lb Shrimp (cooked, peeled, & chopped)

2 Tbsp Onion Minced

2 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper

2 Tbsp LaBelle Hot and Sweet Jalapeño Relish

½ Cup Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Hot Sauce

½ tsp Dry Mustard Powder

Juice of ½ Lemon

6 Jumbo Whole Shrimp (cooked & peeled)

6 Parsley Sprigs

Salt (to taste)


1. Combine the crab meat, shrimp, onion and bell pepper in a mixing bowl -(Set aside)-

2. Combine the mayonnaise with the relish, hot sauce and mustard powder in a small mixing bowl. When blended, add the lemon juice and salt to taste.

3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the crab meat mixture, gently stirring to just combine-- be careful not to break up all the crab meat

4. Place an equal portion of the salad in each of 6 martini glasses. Place a whole shrimp and a sprig of parsley on top of each one
